CA Gourav Modi is a graduate & qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), November'17. He was associated with Deutsche Bank (Investment Banking) for 1.5 years before founding Modi Gourav & Associates now known as Modi G S & Associates in August'19. He managed to land his first big client soon after. He has remarkable 10+ years of experience in the field of fund accounting, auditing, and advisory. He is committed to deliver diligent service and aims at building good relations with his client. 

Smriti Sunderwani completed her graduation from India & is currently perusing post-graduation from Newcastle University, UK. She is in charge of coordinating the organization’s administration & general workflows. She facilitates communication between the company and potential clientele. She develops a procedure to make our workplace more efficient and create a healthy environment for all our employees and clients. She is a recent addition to our team and helps us focus on work while she handles all the back-hand office work. 

CA Sourabh Modi is a graduate & qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, November'15. Having been an Associate at Accenture Solution India (Financial Planning and Analysis) for 3 Years, he is now a co-founder & managing partner at Modi G S & Associates. He has good 10+ years of experience in fund auditing & taxation. He holds a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from ACCA, UK, & is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II Candidate. He is sincere and delivers work with utmost perfectionism.
